How to Find and Understand the Status of My CESP Exam Eligibility Application.
You can log back into your APSE Apply account to view your status at any time. Log in at www.apse.smapply.org, click My Applications then there will be a line stating "Status: {{ TEXT }}"
Here's a listing of different status assignments and a description of what each status means.
| Status | Description |
| Draft | Your application has not yet been submitted. |
| Awaiting Submission | Your application has been paid for but has not yet been submitted |
| Awaiting Scholarship/Sponsorship Confirmation | You have selected to pay for the application through a scholarship/sponsorship. CESP staff need to confirm you are eligible for a scholarship/sponsorship before the submission is complete. |
| Awaiting Payment | Your application has been submitted but has not yet been paid for, applications will not be reviewed until payment has been received by APSE. An email will be sent with instructions for sending a check or you can call the APSE office to pay by phone. |
| Under Review | Your application is being reviewed by CESP staff for initial eligibility. It will be reviewed within 3 business days of submission. |
| Awaiting Additional Documentation | Your application had an initial review, with additional tasks given by the reviewers to clarify your eligibility. Look to your email from cesp@apse.org to find specifics. You need to re-submit the application by the deadline. |
| Accommodation Request in Review | Your accommodation request is being reviewed by CESP staff. It will be reviewed within 3 business days of submission. |
| Eligible - Not Yet Approved to Schedule Examination | Your application has been approved but your information has not yet been sent to the testing vendor for exam scheduling. It will be sent within 3 business days of your notice that you are eligible. |
| Eligible - Approved to Schedule Examination | You are now eligible to schedule your exam. You should have received an email from the testing vendor with instructions. If you did not receive this, please check your spam inbox. Email cesp@apse.org for further support. |
| Examination Complete | You have taken your exam. |
| Application Withdrawn - Processing Refund | You have requested a refund. (Paid before submitting the application) |
| Application Withdrawn - Refund Processed | Your requested refund has been processed. |
| Not Eligible - Denied Application | Your eligibility application has been denied. |
| Not Eligible At This Time | You do not meet the basic eligibility requirements at this time. Please begin another application once you meet all eligibility requirements. |
| Eligibility Expired | Application eligibility is only good for one year. After that time, a new application will need to be submitted. |
