10 STEPS

1To get started in Survey Monkey, first go to your account information at the top right.

2Click My Account

3Here you can change your information, name, email, and Notifications settings.

4Click My Applications to get started.

5Click Start to begin the CESP Exam Eligibility Application.

6Begin entering information under "Your tasks." The CESP Personal Info needs to be filled out first.

7Enter your information then scroll to the bottom. Click Mark as complete

8On the left click Eligibility Form

9Scroll down and click Yes

10That's it. You're done.
